Bear Lake Bonanza!

We went to Bear Lake with the Norris bunch over Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed boating, eating, golfing and laughing! We even got Kerry in the tube, but only for a minute and then the bad "water memories" all came back! It was great family fun!

camping

We took the boys camping the weekend before school started. We found a little campground up by Mantua that was so nice. We pitched a tent, laughed around the campfire and enjoyed being together as a family.

Ward Car Show

Parker's Priest Quorum helped in the planning of the best ward party ever! It was a car show and my what a success it was! There were over 30 awesome old cars that members had brought. It was great fun and delicious food. This picture was taken with Marv Rabe's 1964 convertible.

Golf Mania

The boys have gone crazy with golf this summer. Bridger and Tanner both saved up enough money to buy their own clubs and they are so proud of them. They wanted to go golfing with their great-grandparents and we had so much fun! It's great to learn from the pros, especially when they are 85 years old!

picnic at the Trout Farm

We went to the Trout Farm with the grandma's and the grandkids while my mom was in town. The boys had a great time fishing and being boys. Grandma Jolley even caught a fish and was elated. If grandpa could have only seen her!

We went to Wyoming before Noah and LaShae moved to North Carolina. We had a great time being together as a family. We had fun hiking, swimming at Granite Hot Springs, and being together around the campfire.

Parker and Tanner both got their wisdom teeth out on July 17th. We were so fortunate to have Papa Norris take them out for them. They were not too excited to have it done, but they both did great!
We went to Good Things Utah for Grandma Steele's 85th birthday. She loved being on T.V. and the fun anchors couldn't believe that she was really 85 years old!

The boys got bored one day in August and decided to tan some sports logos onto thier chests. Can you guess which chest belongs to who?

Wind Storm blows our nice big Aspen down...amazing!

A wind storm on August 10th blew down our big Aspen on the west side of our house. We couldn't believe it! It was only 3 feet away from hitting Ashley Torman's little red Nissan! The Deacons Quorum help us cut it up and take it to the land fill.

Ice skating in August?

We went ice skating to cool off from the heat and have some fun "cousin time." It was a blast!

Keeping In Touch

Hi Everyone,
We are so excited to have a family blog! I think it will be exciting to stay in touch with everyone. I am pretty new at this, but we will try to make it fun and keep it updated for all of you. We love being a family and spending time with our boys. Life is good!

Youth Conference June 2008

I went to Youth Conference with the boys this year. We had such a good time at a Military Camp in S.L.C. We rappelled, swam, performed skits and got to know all the youth in our wonderful Ben Lomond 4th ward. Our theme was Faith Factor, thus the picture of Tanner drinking goats milk in a game where he missed a question and had to redeem his team by drinking the disgusting milk.

Grandma Jolley's 83rd birthday party

We had a great time getting together on the Jolley side. Noah sketched this beautiful picture of Grandma and Grandpa during their courting days.
